The 1999 Confederate Stamp Alliance annual convention and exhibition was held in Sarasota, Florida in conjunction with the Sarasota National Stamp Exhibition 5-7 FEB 1999.

CSA Member Ian Tickell from Leigh-on-Sea, England. Ian never misses a CSA Convention.
Ian's exhibit on the "Defense of Northern Virginia" was awarded a Vermeil Medal as well as
the Brian and Maria Green CSA award for the best military mail exhibit.
