The Confederate Philatelist
One of American philately's
oldest and most respected journals.
.

The official publication for the CONFEDERATE STAMP ALLIANCE is its award winning journal, The Confederate Philatelist. The journal is sent to all members on a quarterly basis.
We are thankful and most appreciate of Dan Warren's and Dick Sine's fine efforts in bringing a new format to The Confederate Philatelist. And now we are pleased to welcome Randy L. Neil as our new editor. Randy is one of the most experienced writers and editors in our hobby. He was a columnist in The American Philatelist for ten years (president of the APS, 1993-97), former owner of U.S. Stamps and Postal History magazine, a member of the APS Writers Unit Hall of Fame, and currently Editor and Designer of The American Stamp Dealer & Collector, America's newest national stamp magazine.
